2) Make smooth, straight cuts. Avoid a sawing motion while cutting.
3) Cut in the directions of the arrows, this will also help keep your knife sharp.
4) Take extra care when skinning the leg pit areas as the skin is very thin here.
5) DO NOT salt the hide.
6) DO NOT skin the head.
7) As soon as the hide and head are cooled out which takes around 3 hours, place them in a durable plastic bag. Freeze it and call Fidalgo Taxidermy.
